In conjunction with our health insurance, UCF has a wellness program which provides employees with the opportunity to earn reduced health insurance rates, as well as, provides wellness coaching and funds towards gym memberships! Additionally, UCF employees have the opportunity to open and contribute on a pre-tax basis to a Flexible Spending Account or Health Savings Account which UCF contributes to as well.
