This position also collaborates with library staff regarding graphics for promotional materials.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSCustomer Service <ul><li>Performs various basic-level technical duties in the Multimedia Support Center. Provides technical support to end users and others. Provides orientation and audio/visual assistance to students, faculty, and staff in the use of the multimedia support inside the Library studio and lab.</li></ul>Technical Support <ul><li>Tests and troubleshoots technical equipment.
