The Health Education Dietetic Technician coordinates the delivery of the MAM program including navigating medical records and assessing member needs to prescribe the appropriate diet, working with meal provider vendors to confirm delivery and compliance, and ensuring accurate and timely documentation. This position also assists with health education services including group classes and one on one consults as needed to L.A. Care direct line of business members.
