Description Idaho National Laboratory is hiring a Project Manager to work on our Demonstration Infrastructure and Support team. Our team works a 9x80&nbsp; schedule located out of our REC facility with every other Friday off.&nbsp; The Project Manager provides managerial leadership on the project and is responsible for all aspects of a project, including scope, schedule, cost, milestones, and resources. Responsibilities Include: <ul><li>Plan, document, execute, manage, and report on projects.</li><li>Integrate and communicate with customers, partners, and managers of related projects.</li><li>Determine appropriate products or services with clients or customers to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.</li><li>Utilize project management techniques to assure technical, schedule, and budget baselines are controlled throughout each phase of a project. Participate in phase, milestone, and final project reviews.</li><li>Manage all projects in accordance with all BEA procedures and policies. Monitor project activities and resources to mitigate risk.</li><li>Collaborate with procurement, and interface with the customer, regarding General and Special Conditions; participate in subcontract amendment negotiations and obtain necessary corporate and customer approvals.</li><li>Make improvements, solve problems, or take corrective action when problems arise.</li><li>Identify project documentation requirements or procedures.</li><li>Manage projects to ensure that they are completed on schedule, within budget, and that all work is performed in a safe manner.</li><li>Review inter-organizational agreements and subcontract packages for completeness and conformity to project requirements.</li><li>Perform project closeout activities including final cost report and project records closeout.</li><li>Develop teams as appropriate to successfully complete projects.</li><li>This position closes: 6/26/25</li></ul>Qualifications Minimum Requirements:&nbsp; <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business management, Project Management, or a related field from an accredited institution and 5 years of relevant experiences; or a Masters and 2 years of relevant experience; or a PhD and 2 years of relevant experience.</li><li>Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy "Q" clearance, which requires US Citizenship.&nbsp;</li></ul> The ideal candidate will possess:&nbsp; <ul><li>Engineering degree.</li><li>Project Management Professional (PMP) Certificate, Project Management Institute (PMI) Certification, or other equivalent certification.</li><li>Experience in systems engineering.&nbsp;</li></ul> Job Information:&nbsp; <ul><li>The pay range for this position is $93,204 - $191,076. At Idaho National Laboratory compensation decisions are determined using factors such as education, relevant experience, and other credentials.&nbsp;</li><li>TDP: This is a testing designated position; you will be required to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and periodic drug testing throughout the term of your employment.&nbsp;</li></ul> Physical Requirements While performing the duties of this classification, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, bend, and work in an office and field/laboratory environment. The job requires hand/finger dexterity to keyboard or type, handle materials, manipulate tools, and reach with hands and arms. The job requires the operation of job-related equipment and driving a vehicle. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds without assistance.
