Coordinates logistics, services and support surrounding programs or departments. Responsible for compliance with policies, procedures and a variety of local, state and federal regulations. Makes and communicates process decisions based on best practices.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:<ul><li>Assist with planning and executing events on each campus related to the requirements of the Engage the Electorate Grant</li><li>May make presentations at various levels both internally and externally</li><li>Support the Project Coordinator and the assigned campus' Civic Engagement Coordinator in the development of events related to the grant requirements</li><li>Coordinates various department and management calendars and schedules.
