The Internal Sales Associate position is targeted at driven graduates that are looking for a career in financial services. We’ll provide onsite training on our products as you work directly with financial professionals and our National Life Group sales team. Growth opportunities in this role include but are not limited to: external field leadership, operations, training, marketing and management roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Consult with financial professionals on the right products and solutions to meet the needs of customers through webinars and inbound/outbound calls. This includes:

  • Provide sales support for an external wholesaler (Field Leader).
  • Promote Life and Annuity products to financial professionals through webinars and inbound/outbound calls.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in sales skills, identifying sales opportunities, and cross-selling skills with financial professionals
  • Capture all activity and agent profile information into Salesforce.com
  • Perform other duties as required

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to the interests of the audience as well as use technical skills and people skills, on the phone and in person, to build relationships and help grow sales
  • Interpersonal Flexibility
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team oriented environment
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
